Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Client Lead to join our team. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in media, advertising, or integrated agency environments, with a strong understanding of the media landscape and the ability to extract insights from data-led strategies.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to build trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Create and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring solution-derived client service
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire big ideas that push boundaries

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in media, advertising, or integrated agency environments
  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts
  • Strong strategic planning skills across traditional and digital channels
  • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks to deliver on deadlines and maximize productivity
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of media planning and buying tools
  • Strong media buying/negotiation skills
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability
