Our mission is to provide a world-class education enriched by the Catholic Faith. To achieve this, we require dedicated individuals to manage our staff accommodation portfolio and oversee office facilities across the Diocese.

About the Role

We are seeking an Accommodation & Facilities Officer to arrange and supervise maintenance of our staff accommodation portfolio, as well as manage CES offices and facilitate office furniture purchase and installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the upkeep of CES offices, both owned and tenanted
  • Facilitate office furniture procurement and installation in CES tenancies and staff accommodation
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining the property management system
  • Collaborate with the Building & Planning team as directed by manager, which may include some administrative duties
Requirements
  • Valid drivers license
  • Demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Catholic Education
  • Promote child safety at all times
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant to the position may be required
  • Experience in a similar property or facilities management role
  • Familiarity with Residential Tenancy Agreements
