Job Title: Head Of Learning Diversity

This is a strategic leadership opportunity to oversee and enhance the college's learning diversity initiatives. The successful candidate will have expertise in creating inclusive learning environments and fostering diverse perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop, implement, and evaluate strategies for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic programs and services.
  • To collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to design and deliver training programs on cultural competence, unconscious bias, and microaggressions.
  • To provide guidance and support to departments and units on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with members of our Learning and Teaching Team in our innovative and engaging Learning Diversity Department.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in higher education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed decisions.
