Senior People and Culture Business Partner

In this key leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and fostering performance across our Queensland hospitals. As part of the local hospital leadership teams and the broader People & Culture team, you will be responsible for delivering key capability modules and other strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Senior P&C Business Partner, with demonstrated skill in coaching leaders to improve performance, team effectiveness, and cultural outcomes. You will be confident in supporting and resolving complex employment relations matters, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across teams and an organisation.
With a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail, you will be able to lead P&C initiatives such as goal setting and performance review processes, and contribute to shaping the cultural landscape and supporting structures within our hospitals.
Responsibilities- Partner with hospital leaders to grow leadership capability and manage organisational change projects
- Coach leaders on resolution of employment relations matters
- Locally lead P&C initiatives such as goal setting and performance review processes through the year
- Be a driving force in shaping the cultural landscape and supporting structures within our hospitals
- Delivery of key capability modules and other strategic initiatives such as leadership capabilities
- Proven experience as a Senior P&C Business Partner
- Demonstrated skill in coaching leaders to improve performance, team effectiveness, and cultural outcomes
- Confident supporting and resolving complex employment relations matters
- You will have a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across teams and an organisation
This is a full-time role that offers flexibility to work from Robina on the Gold Coast (2-3 days per week) and Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast (minimum 1-2 days per fortnight). You will also have opportunities to travel for work purposes. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
