We are seeking a highly experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team at the Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) on the Gold Coast. About SASHThe Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) is one of the largest veterinary hospital networks in the Southern Hemisphere, offering multi-disciplinary specialist and emergency services across multiple locations in New South Wales, South Australia and now Queensland. At SASH, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to pets, their families, and the veterinary community.
Job SummaryIn this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the culture and fostering performance across our Queensland hospitals. You will work closely with local hospital leaders and the broader People & Culture team to support all hospitals at a Group level. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with hospital leaders to grow leadership capability and manage organisational change projects, coaching for performance, team effectiveness, interpretation of P&C policies, practices, and remuneration advice, and acting as the go-to people partner to leaders providing insights and guidance on P&C practices.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with hospital leaders to develop leadership capabilities and oversee organisational change initiatives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance and cultural outcomes
- Support employment relations matters and provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures
- Drive the implementation of key capability modules and strategic initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Human Resources, preferably with experience in a similar role. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across teams and an organisation. Proven experience in coaching leaders to improve performance, team effectiveness, and cultural outcomes is essential. Additionally, you will need to have a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to travel for work purposes.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and paid annual leave. With the flexibility to work from Robina on the Gold Coast (2-3 days per week) and Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast (minimum 1-2 days per fortnight), you will have the opportunity to experience two vibrant regions while enjoying a great work-life balance.
