Cyber Defence Operations Leader

We're seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Cyber Defence Operations function.
This role will oversee critical security domains, including Security Operations Centre, Cyber Threat Intelligence and Detection Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Define the cyber defence strategy and develop plans to enhance detection, response and containment capabilities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SOC and ensure timely incident response and management.
- Lead the team in responding to cyber incidents and serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in SOC operations, incident response and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Solid understanding of threat intelligence lifecycle and detection engineering principles.
- Strong working knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS18, ISO 27001 and privacy/regulatory standards.
