Project Management Opportunity

  • Lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineers to drive outcomes.

  • Liaise with local council and manage development approval processes.
  • Prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.
  • Support longer-term development strategy across a wider property portfolio.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards across all project activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Familiar with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive and highly organised, with a clear focus on premium outcomes.
About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our in-house development team, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of luxury projects that exceed expectations.

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Project Manager who can lead the planning and delivery of complex building upgrades and interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in construction, development, or engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites. They will also need to liaise with local council and manage development approval processes, as well as prepare scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports.

What You'll Need
  • At least 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering.
