Job Summary

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to join their team. As a key member of the IT department, you will play a critical role in helping the College maximize the value of its Dynamics 365 applications and Power Platform tools.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions that optimize internal business processes, as well as providing ongoing support for internal users.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and solve business challenges, and work closely with external vendors to develop and implement business solutions.

About the Role
  • Design, develop, and implement tailored Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to optimize internal business processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process automation.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Analyze internal processes and identify inefficiencies, recommending automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Provide ongoing support for internal users, ensuring they can fully utilize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and customisation capabilities.
  • Experience working in a corporate or internal IT environment, collaborating with internal cross-functional stakeholders to understand and solve business challenges.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
