Job Overview

The role of a Business Development Project Officer is to provide support to the Business Development Project Manager in delivering multiple commercial projects. This position will involve working closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to maintain satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Preparing reports and presentations on business development activities for senior management.
  • Providing high-level administrative support for multiple projects, including correspondence, records management, and contract administration.
  • Coordinating project meetings and taking minutes.
  • Effectively liaising with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Preparing Board and Management papers.
  • Taking responsibility for the development of business cases, commercial reviews, and market assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, Management, or Economics.
  • Demonstrated experience in a project management environment.
  • C Class Driver's License.
  • Exposure to project management methodology (PRINCE2 qualifications would be an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
