About the Position
  • Provide direct and consultative services to adults and children with disabilities, along with their families and supporters.
  • Conduct assessments and prescribe equipment using diverse tools and approaches.
  • Design individualised therapy plans focused on personal goals and clear outcomes.
  • Assist individuals and families in identifying priorities and achieving their goals through informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care.
  • Deliver services in alignment with NDIS requirements.

You'll be working in a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the evaluation and refinement of guidelines, policies, and procedures. We're looking for someone who is passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
