About the Role

This senior leadership position involves overseeing the overall IT strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead a diverse team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services, managing areas such as IT Operations, Security, Business Engagement, and Data Analytics. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving technology solutions that align with our business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the IT strategy to support Sanitarium's goals and long-term vision, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a cross-country IT team to deliver exceptional technology solutions and services, fostering an engaged, innovative, and high-performance culture.
  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective and quality service delivery, while overseeing IT security and architecture to guarantee systems are secure and compliant.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish governance models for IT performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement, driving IT team development and vendor relationship management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplined IT teams with 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in budget planning, financial management, and IT governance, along with in-depth knowledge of IT service management (ITIL), IT security, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives, and a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
