Marketing Leader Sought for Global Growth and Transformation.

  • Job Description:

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with our COOs, the Marketing Director will lead our marketing and communications strategy across both New Zealand and Australia.

  • Lead marketing strategy across ~15 brands spanning passenger transport and tourism.
  • Drive digital-first, data-driven marketing excellence to deliver direct online sales growth.
  • Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams across geographies.
  • Elevate brand presence, customer experience, and performance optimisation.
  • As a member of the ANZ Executive Team, help to shape Entrada's growth and expansion strategy.
  • Located in Brisbane with domestic travel and some international travel to Auckland.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership,

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and transformation.

Marketing Operations and Performance Excellence,

  • Implement processes and tools to measure and improve marketing performance.

Brand Management & Customer Experience,

  • Build and maintain strong brand identities across all markets.

Customer Intelligence & Market Research,

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing & Technology,

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years senior marketing leadership, ideally at CMO or Marketing Director level.
  • Experience in multi-brand, multi-market environments, preferably travel, transport, or tourism.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and performance optimisation.
  • Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver measurable business growth.
