Senior Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial reporting and strategic advice to complex clients. They will work across various services outside of compliance, including tax planning and advice, forensic work, and valuations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts;
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on matters such as business growth and development;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions;
  • Supervising junior staff members and mentoring them in their professional development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in financial accounting and reporting, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Proficiency in financial software systems, including Xero and Excel;
  • A willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
