About the Job

The finance partner provides comprehensive support and financial guidance to assigned senior managers and program managers. The role involves developing, reporting, and monitoring financial budgets for assigned business units.

  • Deliver transparent and accurate financial information to assist with decision-making
  • Support senior managers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations across assigned programs and services
  • Develop procedures to support the financial performance of assigned business units
  • Induct and orientate new managers on financial management concepts

About You

You are a proactive finance professional who builds strong relationships and delivers actionable insights. Skilled in financial analysis and budgeting, you help managers achieve their financial goals and align with strategic priorities.

You simplify complex data and provide clear advice that drives informed decision-making and supports organisational success.

  • Degree qualification in Accounting or Commerce
  • Membership with CPA Australia or CA ANZ
  • Substantial experience in an equivalent accounting role, especially with a focus on financial reporting and budget management
  • Experience with financial software
  • Familiarity with not-for-profit financial management and grant acquittals

  • Current and valid DHS: Child-Related Employment Screening/WWCC
  • National Police Clearance as per Background Screening Check Policy
