Customer Service Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to work in-branch and provide expert financial advice and seamless service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to customers both in-branch and over the phone, connecting them to the right products as you provide financial guidance.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood today and plans for tomorrow are identified.
  • Taking ownership of customer requests and proactively following up on agreed actions.
  • Staying up-to-date with new banking products and services; their features, benefits, and how they can be offered to existing and potential customers.
  • Educating customers on new technologies and tools that enhance their banking experience.
  • Complying with established bank policies and procedures to ensure the security of client assets and information.
