Ensure a Clean and Tidy Store Environment

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store environment remains clean, tidy and well-maintained. This includes sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular floor sweeps to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas to ensure efficient use of stock
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs and contribute to a positive store experience
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions or providing directions to customers
  • Complete full training in operating equipment and tools required for the role
Requirements
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks that require stamina and endurance
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs to meet the demands of the role
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as shop floors, fridges, freezers and car parks
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm to meet business needs
  • A good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail to ensure high standards are met
