Job Description:

As a Store Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by maintaining store hygiene and cleanliness. This physically demanding position involves collecting trolleys and completing scheduled cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and push trolleys in a timely manner to maintain store accessibility.
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks as per the designated schedule to uphold store cleanliness standards.
  • Assist customers with answering questions or providing directions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and products to sanitize store areas.
Essential Attributes:
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to take on challenges.
  • Ability to travel to and from the employing store location.
  • Capacity to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
