About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Applied Scientist to join our team at Consunet Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Innovation portfolio, you will be responsible for leading and conducting research into approaches for identifying information/influence campaigns, forecasting the reach and impact of such campaigns, and exploring ways of countering influence campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis in areas such as social network modelling and analysis, social media modelling and analysis, and information campaign analysis.
  • Lead research initiatives and provide motivation and inspiration to other staff members.
  • Establish strategic and working relationships within the company and with external organisations.
  • Communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Actively maintain knowledge and awareness in one or more fields relevant to your role.
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and understand new concepts, technologies, and methods.
  • Ability to work effectively with others, including interdisciplinary teams.
