Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer emotional and spiritual support to individuals and their families
  • Develop and manage a team of spiritual care volunteers

  • Assess and develop individualised spiritual care plans for residents

We seek an individual with mature personal faith, experience in providing pastoral/spiritual care, and excellent communication skills.

Essential qualifications include 400 hours of reflective practice training and qualifications in theology or spiritual care.
