Field Service Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Melbourne as a Field Service Technician.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting mechanical repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment across Melbourne. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and maintaining accurate records of job sheets, timesheets, and other administrative components.

To excel in this position, you must possess relevant trade qualifications (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic) and demonstrate strong time management skills. You will also need to maintain a professional level of customer service with all clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on customer units
  • Provide professional-level customer service to TMHA clients and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets, and administrative components

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current Driver's licence
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Forklift Licence & LPG Certificate (advantageous but not essential)
