About Our Superannuation Regulatory Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services Team (FSF), where you will be part of a dynamic team working across all offices.

Your key responsibilities will include advising Australia's leading superannuation funds on regulatory changes, assisting with investigations and prosecutions, advising on fund mergers, and broader regulatory compliance.

  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of superannuation and financial services regulations;
  • Providing expert advice on complex regulatory issues;
  • Collaborating closely with Partners and the wider team to deliver exceptional client service;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in superannuation or financial services, ideally from a top-tier, national, or international firm or in-house team;
  • A passion for specialising in superannuation and financial services regulation, with an interest in client-focused work;
  • An excellent academic record;
  • The ability to learn, grow, network, and mentor others;
