About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to drive business growth by developing tailored marketing strategies, creating bespoke branding solutions, and supporting client journeys.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution, with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems is also highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop strategic marketing plans to support business growth
  • - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and new product gaps
  • - Create branding concepts tailored to client needs
  • - Design marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
  • - Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of branded products
  • - Support sales process by managing quotes, follow-ups, and tracking client engagement
  • - Build relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction from concept to final delivery
  • - Manage lead generation and targeting through HubSpot and other CRM tools
  • - Collaborate with developers to improve website and digital presence (SEO, UX, analytics)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Psychology
  • Strong background in branding, digital marketing, and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, project management, and client service skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
