Subcontract Project Manager

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple subcontracts, encompassing sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
Key responsibilities include analyzing data to evaluate supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities, developing and maintaining capability process documents to ensure efficiency and compliance, and liaising with stakeholders across various departments to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple subcontracts, including sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
- Analyze data to evaluate supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain capability process documents to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Liaise with stakeholders across various departments to drive business objectives.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in subcontract management, preferably in the Defence industry.
- Tertiary Education in Commerce, Law or Business or relevant experience (MCIPS preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in standard business tools and systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve project goals.
