Subcontract Management Lead

Unlock the future of air battle management with AIR6500, a joint program that synchronises air and missile defence operations in joint and coalition environments.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide effective leadership and management of subcontractor capability for the AIR6500 program from inception through to completion for allocated subcontracts of low-medium risk and complexity.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our subcontract management team and develop strong relationships with suppliers in support of current and future AIR6500 supply chain requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated experience working in a commercial or contract management environment, including ability to understand and interpret contracts and subcontracts.
- Professional experience working within a Defence, IT or project environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
