Senior Account Executive Job Description

This is a high-level position within our organization that plays a pivotal part in implementing Client First Principles across various client accounts.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple large and complex accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving revenue targets.
  • Manage client accounts end-to-end, support senior management, and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Consistently achieve agreed service standards and foster long-term relationships with key client decision-makers.
Requirements:
  • Tier 1 qualification or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of large commercial and corporate accounts successfully.
