Job Title: Store Leader

As a key leader in our retail store, you will oversee the daily operations and be responsible for driving sales and managing expenses. You will lead a team of ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations and manage day-to-day activities with an exceptional customer-centric approach.


Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Store or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced QSR, Retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge in workforce planning from recruitment to preparing rosters and achieving labor budgets for a store team of approximately 20 employees.
  • Ability to work autonomously while proactively communicating with the State Manager based in Australia.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively with deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and competent in Food Safety Standards.
  • Previous barista experience or interest is highly regarded.
