Job Overview

The store leader will be responsible for guiding a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Setting the example to drive exceptional customer experiences and helping them achieve team goals and performance metrics
  • SUCCESSION planning your team to ensure they can progress into new opportunities when the time comes
  • The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to make commercial decisions using discretion
  • Understanding of Stock Management processes and prioritizing tasks
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team
  • Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive business growth

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering sales results in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and knowledge of display techniques
