Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for systems repair and maintenance, including preventative and routine maintenance, fault finding, breakdown repair, and quoting of repair works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a wide range of equipment, primarily focusing on one of the retail sites with Split Ducted and PAC units, as well as AHUs and Chiller.
  • Assistance to the broader team on HVAC upgrades, installs, and tenant fit-out works across the commercial and retail sites.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience maintaining, repairing, and fault-finding on DX systems and HVAC equipment.
  • Refrigeration license with restricted electrical required, along with QBCC mechanical services occupational licence.
  • 2 years + working as a qualified technician on similar commercial, retail, or industrial sites.
  • An ability to work autonomously, as well as be a team player, with a willingness to take on challenges, want to learn and support the team on any works that arise.
