Heating and Ventilation Service Technician Role

This full-time position in our Asset Services team based at Brisbane Airport is an exciting opportunity to work on critical infrastructure maintenance.

As a Heating and Ventilation Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • The safe and efficient delivery of maintenance services on a wide range of HVAC systems.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and technical solutions while ensuring excellent communication.
  • Maintaining regular communication with your team and supervisors.

Typical tasks include routine preventative maintenance, corrective/breakdown repairs and installation of various HVAC systems including:

  • Split systems
  • Ducted systems
  • Motorised dampers and actuators
  • Chilled water fan coil units
  • Condenser Water and Chilled water system's
  • AHU's
  • VSD's
  • Pumps and cooling towers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality maintenance services in accordance with industry standards.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating regularly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in HVAC systems and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Current Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Current C class Drivers' Licence
  • QBCC Licence
  • Blue/White Construction Card
  • Able to obtain an ASIC pass (police checks required)
