Young Child Development Specialist

Early Childhood Educators are essential in supporting young children during their formative years. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating engaging educational activities that foster the development and growth of children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Support the emotional, social, and physical development of children through play-based learning and nurturing interactions.
- Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
- Collaborate with educators and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team approach.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment that promotes healthy child development.
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and feedback.
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Commitment to completing the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.
- Working with Children clearance number.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
