The Role:

The Program Adviser will provide business subject matter expertise related to Hii P, Hii PRepairs and maintenance processes for Public Housing to improve service delivery through existing technology channels such as Housing Vic Online Services and Hii PConnect.

This position supports the Public Housing Maintenance Modernisation program and is responsible for delivering complex system enhancements, including business requirement elicitation, test case development, execution and delivery.

  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of projects to meet departmental objectives, including research, analysis and implementation based on defined outcomes and outputs.
  • Support the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
  • Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide effective support to service delivery sites in implementing and using client systems.
  • Undertake system user acceptance testing and assess data fix requirements to ensure system maintenance.
