Expert Control Systems Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager with a control systems background to join our team in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. As a trusted advisor, you will serve clients in the water sector and other industries, providing technical solutions and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Serving as a control systems technical expert and trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the water sector throughout Victoria and Tasmania
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of our solutions
- Understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their specific needs
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated and implemented
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and product quotes in response to customer inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales events to promote our products and generate leads
The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement qualities, a keen interest in sales and account management, and experience working with SCADA, PLC, HMI, and RTU technologies.
