You will be responsible for all facets of the business, including labor management, inventory control, safety compliance, and personnel management.
Inspire both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to excel and foster an environment where they feel valued and engaged.
Additionally, you will have the chance to connect with and contribute to the local community by leading initiatives that support non-profit organizations and promote positive change.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience in the food service industry, including restaurants, fast food outlets, or cafes.
- Experience in leading cross-trained teams across both front and back of house is preferred.
- Strong financial skills with the ability to meet key performance indicators such as labor costs, cost of goods sold, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent food quality.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on solutions.
