As a key member of our Payment Acceptance Centre of Excellence team, you will be responsible for driving and executing acquiring pricing strategy, managing merchant risk and fraud, managing forward delivery risk, handling pricing issues and incidents, managing scheme and PCI compliance, and being the business owner for acquiring pricing and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all activities required to manage merchant compliance
  • Contribute and influence the development of merchant acquiring regulatory/policy related matters
  • Manage compliance to new and existing scheme mandates
  • Identify any possible breaches, investigate, assess, and manage incidents and breaches
  • Demonstrate understanding of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • An understanding of merchant acquiring, including merchant terminals, ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, payments, and card schemes
  • Experience in researching and interpreting card scheme rules in plain business language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Risk or Compliance
  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
