About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to move in-house and work closely with the National Customer Support Department, providing strategic advice and overseeing the resolution of claims, including disputes and tribunal matters. You will also be responsible for educating staff on legal implications associated with business activities, ensuring informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on legal matters related to customer claims and dispute resolution.
  • Oversee the resolution of claims, including disputes and tribunal matters.
  • Educate staff on legal implications associated with business activities.
  • Collaborate with the National Customer Support Department to ensure effective resolution of customer complaints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years post-admission experience in commercial and consumer dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Australian Consumer Law, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
