Job Summary

This Lead Educator role offers the opportunity to work with our passionate team, providing a fun and engaging experience for primary school aged children in our care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Service in delivering an outstanding experience for our students.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be a strong team player and possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written. If you are passionate about working with children, have loads of energy and can just love to have fun, then this is an ideal opportunity for you.

About the Role
  • Assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care.
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.
  • Interact with parents and support with enquiries wherever possible.
  • Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend.
  • Play and have FUN with primary school aged children.
About You
  • You're passionate about kids, have loads of energy and can just love to have fun.
  • You're a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
  • Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you.
  • You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • You are looking for stable, permanent part time hours - up to 25 per week.
  • You are qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
