Exciting Opportunity in Private Credit Investing

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners, a leading Australian alternative investment firm. Our Private Credit fund is a principal investment business model covering corporate and property private debt investment opportunities in the upper middle market to large cap space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of a new investment strategy alongside seasoned private credit investors
  • Contribute to the analysis and execution of transactions, including debt structuring and documentation
  • Collaborate with a high-calibre investment team with a proven track record in business building and capital raising
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on general industrials, financial sponsors, TMET, or leveraged finance M&A
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills and strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
