About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Townsville. As a Local Community Consultant, you'll play a vital role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community.

You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, working across various channels including in-store, phone, and messaging. You'll possess a cross-set of skills and diversity that equip you to solve a range of standard day-to-day problems and serve local customers in their preferred communication channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store, over the phone, and through messaging
  • Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs and preferences
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed advice to customers

  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, while maintaining a focus on customer needs

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience
