Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Skipper to join our team on Sydney Harbour. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about boating and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of boating procedures, including docking and undocking, as well as experience with customer service and hospitality. You will also be required to assist with food service, supplies, and onboard hospitality, as well as perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to uphold vessel standards.

Safe refueling procedures and capturing photos and videos of experiences on board for promotional content are also essential aspects of this role. A Coxswain Certificate and First Aid Certificate are also required for skippers.

We offer hands-on experience in the marine industry, on-the-job training, and commercial sea time, making this a great opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with docking and undocking procedures
  • Prepare vessels before guest arrival and manage the boarding process
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a premium experience for all guests
  • Assist with food service, supplies, and onboard hospitality
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties
  • Safe refueling procedures
  • Capturing photos and videos for social media and promotional content
