About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key account growth specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth across our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage F&I sales and transactions for your assigned dealerships, leveraging strong relationships with customers and business partners to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance of all Finance and Insurance products through our Financial Services and other finance partners
  • Pursue profitable growth opportunities and identify new customer prospects
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers and finance agents
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure seamless transactions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and natural sales ability to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes within a dealership environment
  • Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive or motorcycle dealership
