Precision Steel Solutions Specialist

Our fabrication workshop is seeking a skilled professional to operate cutting-edge technology and deliver precision steel solutions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be hands-on with our Amada laser cutter, ensuring every cut is accurate, efficient, and high-quality. From setup and programming through to quality control and routine maintenance, they will help keep our workflow running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and maintain our Amada laser cutter.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings with precision.
- Load and unload sheet steel safely and accurately.
- Carry out quality control checks on finished products.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
- Previous experience with CNC machinery (laser cutting experience highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and tidy work practices.
- Physical strength and dexterity to manage steel sheets.
- Be part of a tight-knit crew that looks out for each other.
- Work with state-of-the-art machinery in a modern fabrication workshop.
