Job Opportunity

As an AI Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping retailers integrate our AI Shopping Assistant on their sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end ownership of onboarding projects from sign-up to deployment.
  • Validation and assurance of product data meets specified requirements.
  • Configuration and testing of the AI Assistant to ensure accurate responses and necessary adjustments.
  • Troubleshooting, documentation of fixes, and escalation when required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in prompt engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in onboarding/implementation or customer success (SaaS/eCommerce a plus).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce metrics, backends (e.g. Shopify), or digital marketing.
  • Data literacy with direct experience working with data.
  • Proficiency in coding but not a developer.
  • Clear communication skills with a startup mindset.
