About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead our maintenance teams and contribute to the success of our operations in remote locations.

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team, taking us into our next growth phase at Moranbah.

  • Provide leadership and operational support to the maintenance teams
  • Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
  • Develop strategic client relationships and identify additional growth opportunities
The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in facilities management, leadership skills, and the ability to develop and mentor our Anglo Maintenance teams.

You should also possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation.

  • Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing or HVAC (desirable)
  • Experience or qualifications in project and asset or infrastructure management desirable
