Production Cook - Bakery Operations

This is a key position within our bakery operations team. As a Production Cook, you will be responsible for operating large-scale bakery machinery and monitoring product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to produce high-quality results in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating large-scale bakery machinery and ensuring high food safety and quality standards
  • Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate records throughout each shift
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving production challenges
  • Performing general and periodical plant and equipment cleaning

Requirements include:

  • Certificate III in Bakery Operations or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Previous experience in a large-scale FMCG/food production operation
  • Knowledge of HACCP CODEX Alimentarius 2020 and SQF Manufacturing standards

The successful candidate will possess excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic production environment.
