Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of small, medium and large domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects across Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction supervision, with experience working on various types of projects including repairs to domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, impact and malicious damage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of quality outcomes for clients
  • Management of site-based operations, including quality assurance and adherence to WH&S
  • Forecasting monthly revenue and project completion dates
  • Procurement and overall management of subcontractors and suppliers
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Supervisors License (highly desirable)
  • White card
  • Drivers License, WWC and Induction Card
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Certificate IV in Construction (highly desirable)
Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple sites
  • Trade qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on construction sites
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Office MS Project and Excel programs
