Coastal Steelfixing is based in Adelaide, SA, with also facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Adelaide, SA. The right applicant, Construction Engineer will be responsible for supporting the management construction team, ensuring compliance with construction drawings and standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with project management teams, conducting site inspections, working with heavy equipment, and utilizing civil and construction engineering principles to ensure project quality and efficiency. The role requires both on-site presence and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Heavy Equipment operations and management
  • Proficiency in Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering principles. Concrete & Reinforcing experience
  • Ability to interpret and work with Construction Drawings
  • Strong skills in conducting site Inspections
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Relevant certifications and licenses in construction and engineering are a plus
