Your Role

We are seeking a qualified Diploma Educator to join our team at one of our Melbourne campuses. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work with a friendly, supportive, and fun team, providing high-quality education, development, and care to children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, actively supervising and interacting with them at all times.">
  • Ensure that our children receive the highest standard of education and care, aligning with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).">
  • Foster meaningful relationships with each child, engaging them in open interactions that support the acquisition of skills for life and learning.">
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and support the well-being of families.">
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room, including small groups, to ensure a stimulating and engaging environment for children.">
  • Document children's learning through the OAC Connect app, supporting and mentoring other team members to drive continuous improvement.">

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Diploma qualified educator with at least two years of full-time experience in an early childhood setting to join our team. We offer a competitive annual salary of $65,835 - $68,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus superannuation benefits.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications).">
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.">
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.">
  • A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player.">
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee).">
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.">
