About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Aussie Kindies Early Learning Bacchus Marsh. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of young children.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children from birth to five years old. Our Lifelong Learning Curriculum is built on the principles of nurturing and engaging educators, families, and communities working together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters respect, empathy, and understanding among children, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff members to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent Bachelor's degree.
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
