- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Lead and drive a robust testing framework to optimize campaign results.
- Forecast paid search media metrics against current performance and client objectives.
- Provide expert insights on clients' businesses, industries, competitors, key drivers, and environments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maximize client retention and growth while effectively communicating status updates, resourcing changes, and deadlines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on media-related matters, providing expert insights on their industries, competitors, and key drivers.
- Leads and manages client meetings/daily WIPs and updates, ensuring campaigns and market updates include action items.
- Responsible for building goals and managing 30-60-90 day plans for team members.
- Ensure appropriate leave planning of the team and set expectations internally and with the client.
- Work toward achieving zero errors/write-offs across the organization.
- Develop an open communication environment within the team and keep them informed about changes, updates in policies/procedures, etc.
- Motivate the team to exceed client expectations and produce high-quality work.
- Takes ownership of the team's quality of work and success.
- Manages workflow and resource allocation effectively.
- Provides support and guidance to team members to help them learn best practices.
- Works closely with directors to manage and develop team members' careers through coaching and feedback.
- Holds career progression meetings with team members alongside directors and helps create development plans.
- Effectively handles difficult conversations, views them as opportunities, reads situations quickly, and resolves disputes fairly.
- Owns invoicing responsibilities for the team and promptly addresses any issues that may arise.
- Ensures accurate financial tracking processes, including PO numbers, MBA trackers, value trackers, etc.
- Tracks all pre-bill invoices accurately and consistently.
- Communicates and resolves financial/billing issues with clients while maintaining healthy relationships.
