Job Description:

The role of a CRM Specialist is pivotal in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing targeted campaigns, supporting lifecycle strategies, and enhancing our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels using Emarsys or similar platforms
  • Set up and support automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
  • Analyze campaign performance and refine effectiveness through A/B testing and data analysis
  • Maintain dashboards and campaign reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Support loyalty program communications, promotions, and member engagement tracking
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM and email marketing
  • Proficient in Emarsys or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Take initiative, work autonomously, and communicate effectively across teams
  • Bonus points for experience in fashion eCommerce, A/B testing tools, or loyalty programs
